A fresh, summery pasta salad.


300g semi di melone pasta

½ red onion, finely chopped  

1 Tbsp capers  

12 olives*

1 large handful of fresh soft herbs chopped  

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil*

2 Tbsp pesto*

Salt and pepper to taste*

Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Cook pasta until al dente, drain and run under cold water too cool. Put the pasta into a bowl. Add the other salad ingredients and gently toss.
